Default Stout Head Color

So is this right?

Roasted Barley= white head
Black Patent= tan head

How about chocolate, debittered black, etc?

I think dark grains = tan head

I use that Ode To Arthur which only has roasted barley for dark grains and its tan to light brown head.

I was wondering this myself. How does Guinness have such a white head on it?
