One of my favorite xmas beers. Love to try a batch, even if I cant lager.
Ive never seen a recipe, but my guess is a decent amount of choc malt , a high L caramel, a couple pounds of munich. Pils for the base malt. Maybe some vienna, melanoidin or wheat malt? Og probably around 1.060 or so.
All bittering hops no flavor, probably a noble. IBUs probably in the high teens to twenties.
