.25 lbs Special Roast
.33 lbs. Belgian Special B
.33 lbs. German Wheat Malt Light (Make sure its wheat MALT!)
5 lbs. White Table Sugar (Sucrose)
.5 lbs. Candi Sugar Amber
.6 oz. Perle (Whole, 6.5 %AA) boiled 75 min.
.5 oz. Hallertau (Whole, 3.8 %AA) boiled 25 min.
0.5 pounds Organic Raisins
1 ounces 5 inch cinnamon stick
0.1 ounces Crushed Allspice (3 pods)
White Labs WLP500 Trappist Ale
Since you have to mash Biscuit and Munich i would sub in 4 oz of Special Roast for biscuit and maybe .75 pounds LME or .6 lbs DME for Munich (already added in the recipe above)
