Default Spiced blonde ale critique

Hello Friends

I am planing a beer for my sister and bro-in-law, both of which are not really craft brew drinkers. She likes wheat beers and He drinks, dare I say it, Coors So I think a nice blonde ale might be something the both would enjoy. Here is what I came up with, based in JZ's blonde.

For a 5.5 gal batch

10# 2 row
.5# Cryatal 10
East coast ale (forgot the number)
1.5 oz Willamette at 60
.25 oz. At 15

I would like to add
1 gram grains of paradise
.5 oz sweet orange peel

Any thoughts?

In bottles:
Buddy's Braggot, Alexander's Hat Brown Ale, Autumn Leaf Mead, La dame de l'artilleur Rye Saison w/Brett-B, Ash & Trash DIPA

Primary: Crooked Tail Brett-B IPA, R/R Xing Blonde Ale
