A little FYI. Basics Co-Op in Janesville now has brewing supplies.(Well the shipment is coming in on Thursday). I helped them get together some supplies since my wife works there and I was sick of running to Madison or Rockford when I had to pick something up. The have 20 different malts, 17 hop varieties, over 15 different yeast, and various malt extracts and kits. Best thing is once a month they have "super Tuesday" and you get 15% of all purchases and 20% if you’re a member of the Co-Op. You don't have to be a member to buy supplies from the store. If you become a member you get 5% off all purchases.
I started off with the basic supplies and if it goes well the manager said we could expand the selection. Prices are comparable to the other brewing stores in Madison and Rockford.
