Here's a caramel/crystal-free Pale Ale. It's BM's Kona Fire Rock Pale Ale clone. I just tapped a 5 gal batch using 9# Maris Otter, 1# Lt. Munich, 1/2# Honey malt, 1/4# Carapils, Centennial throughout, and Pacman yeast and it's really good.
