So far I got this:

OG: 1.045
SRM: 12
IBU: 21

8# Maris Otter
3 oz. Roasted Barley

1.0 oz EKG 60 min
0.25 oz. EKG 15 min

Mash 151 F, 60 min

WLP004

The info I got about this beer came from their website: http://www.smithwicks.ie/what-is-smx.html and the Wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smithwick's , and my own taste buds.
I'm not sure about the amount of roasted barley I want in there. I go back and forth between 2-4 oz.

Thanks SkyHighBrew, this recipe looks delish. Although it may have a little too much Roasted Barley for me, AAMOF it's very similar to my stout. Also, the Smitwick's website mentions only "Pale" and Roasted malts, no mention of Crystal (or Vienna like in Sacchromyces recipe).
