Default SMaSH Recipe Help

I have recently captured some wild yeast and would like to give it a go. I was thinking that a SMaSH recipe would be best because of the simplicity it would be easier evaluate the yeast. I would like suggestions on what to brew as I am still fairly new to brewing. I have the following hops on hand: ~1oz Northern Brewer, ~3oz Perle, ~1oz Cascade, ~1.5oz Saaz, and ~3oz Nugget. So, all you brewmasters, what should I make.

I'd brew a 2.5-3 gallon batch, using NB or Perle as a bittering addition only. Brew to ~1.050 and 25-30 IBU. You don't want hops bitterness, flavor or aroma masking the funk your wild beasties are going to throw off.

Good luck!
