#10 Munich malt
.5 oz U.S. Saaz 5.8% FWH
.5 oz U.S. Saaz 5.8% 60 min
.5 oz U.S. Saaz 5.8% 5 min
Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager
Double infusion mash
First rest at 140 for 40 min
Second rest at 152 for 60 min
Mash out at 168 for 10 min then fly sparge
Ferment at 52 for 2 weeks
secondary at 52 for 3 weeks
First rest underway. Wish me luck.

Not Dunkelweizen, just Dunkel, Dark Lager. I just wrapped up. Hit 70% efficiency. Looking at 23 IBU, 1.043 OG (I lost a bit of my final runnings, just being dumb).

You might want to use a touch of carafa special. I know you want to smash, but it will mostly add color and not flavor.
