Single Malt, Single Hop, next level.
I'm brewing it again to day but looking to see how it works in a stronger brew.
I'm aiming for around 7-8% I'm going to go for medium/low on the bitterness strong on the flavour and low on the aroma.
I'm going to add oak and whisky.
I'm taking my inspiration from this.
I'm going to split this batch and modify half of it.
Recipe to follow.
I'm a big fan of oak and whiskey (Bourbon, actually) in recipes. Good luck on this one...not so KISS anymore...;)
Still very KISS in method and ingredients.
Exotic can still be KISS
Also a difference between Whiskey and Whisky. ;)
