Its not uncommon for an IPA recipe to look something like:
12-14# pale malt
1# crystal 40-60
Favorite hops at 60, 15, 5, dry hop (IBU/OG about 1)
Should make a good pale IPA that allows the hops to stand out.
I've seen all Willamette, all Chinook, all Cascades, all Centennial among others.
