Default Simcoe in a Pale Ale.

Anyone done one? Any comments on it compared to the more traditional hops used in pales? I'm gonna be doing Ed's Haus Pale soon and replacing the Cascade with a Simcoe schedule to net the same IBU amount of 40. I am assuming a more floral and citrus like smell from the Simcoe, basically a more inviting aroma but a similar bitterness considering it's a dual purpose hop.

Any experience with such?

Thanks,

CJ
