is it just me or is it impossible to find these? they aren't in stock everywhere i look

Nope not just you. I was lucky enough to score a pound of pellets from northern brewer. Paid. 28 bucks though. I think rebel brewer still has some but they are charging quite a bit.

Fresh hops still has whole hops of Simcoe.

Bought some today at my LHBS. Not sure how much the owner had, but she said she bought them right before they get scarce. Glad she did! I needed them for my Caldera IPA clone I'm trying out on Tuesday.
