Recipes 

I am planning to brew 2 separate 5 gal batches in the morning in order to experiment. I am an extract Brewer that uses specialty grains. I have a bunch of simcoe, citra, and cascade in the fridge. I like a ton of hops in my ipas (last batch was around 8 to 9 oz). Any recommendations on how to set up the hop schedules to experiment with different combinations or quantities? Thanks!
