Default Simcoe characteristics

I've never used them, but all the buzz about Simcoe hops has me intrigued. Can someone point me to a commercial brew that uses Simcoe and would provide the best flavor and aroma example of this hop?

Kegged/bottled: Cowbrau Heifer Weizen, Kolsch, House Ale
Commercial Brews in Fridge: Nothing! Finally got the pipeline filled.

I'd say Bell's Hopslam and Weyerbacher Double Simcoe are some good ones. Also, Mikkeller Single Hop Simcoe. I know there are others, just can't think of them right now. I just got some Hopslam recently and (when fresh) it oozes Simcoe....especially the aroma. Here's another thread you may want to check out:
