Default Simcoe

I have 2 pounds of Simcoe, any suggestions for brews? I've never used this hop before.

Smash or ipa or apa. It is a very versatile hop that goes good with a simple grain bill and several hops.

Ipa.... I use em in my original recipe Badfish ipa along with centennial, citra, and amarillo which I brewed again last night. And in another recipe with Cascade, will gladly share either recipe if youd like. Pairing it with any of those 4 varieties will work great. If your like me youll be bulk ordering them before you know it.

IMO it 's only for IPAs. You can use it in other beers but it's kind of a waste.

I had a QP of it and Amarillo and brewed this yesterday.

I brew similar IPA's all the time.

Piney. Who said that it smells like 10 cats pissing on a pine-tree? Someone here had it as their sig at one point.

Had a bunch of smash IPA's last weekend though and Simcoe was one of my favorites.
