Hey fellas,

Looking for advice on adjusting the SNCA (Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale) clone. I am starting to enjoy balancing high IBU's with a more English malt=profile. SNCA is one of my favorite brews and I want to adjust Dude's recipe to a more english profile. Does this sound balanced? Is moving away from SN's tradition of WLP001 ok?

I don't know ho much of an "english" malt profile your're going to get, but it appears to be a tasty recipe. It's not much different from the actual celebration clone.

Might be worth trying marris otter as the base malt. Will add color and hopefully some extra breadiness.
