anyone have a recipe that is similar to shiner bock? Im still at the premade malt stage but could add some grains and such if need be.

well im in a good mood so ill post this even though I think Shiner Bock is a nasty beer.

2.8 lbs. LME
1.9 Brewers corn sugar.
.25 6-row
1 lbs Munich
.66 lbs. Crystal 60
.75 Oz. Roasted Barley

.6 oz. of brewery gold at 60 min.

White labes 940 or Wyeast 2247

Just keep in mind that is a Lager recipe. Do you have the means to do a lager??

I doubt it--I need to study up on it some--I do have a fridge out in the garage and a basement so maybe. I figure ill try my hand at a few more easy ones and before I plunge into this one, but nice to know the recipe
