We are looking to brew up a clone of this. I have found a couple of different versions online and in Clone Brews, but I was wondering if anyone has brewed this and if they have feedback on the recipe/process.
It is going to be a 10g batch and we will need to use nugget as our bittering as that is all that we have access to over here.
Pale - 20#
Crystal 40 - .88#
German Wheat (calls for torrified wheat, but I don't think we can get that over here) - .5#
Amber malt - .375#
Nugget (12%) 60min = 34.57 IBUs
Goldings (5%) 15 = 4.10 IBUs
Goldings (5%) 1 = .36 IBUs
Dry Hop - 1oz for 7 Days
Estimated OG - 1.063
Estimated FG - 1.015
