Default Session ipas

Anyone follow craftbeer.com? Latest email has an article on session ipas. Thinking about brewing something similar to these for my next batch.

I follow craftbeer.com and saw the same article. A session IPA is an intriguing beer to me - still not sure exactly what the difference between a session IPA and a hoppy pale ale though!
