Serious problem (musky aroma/flavor)

So I just cracked open a beer that was in primary for 10 days then bottle conditioned for 11 days. It tastes and smells very musky... I will drink it because I made it, but what the hell.... I have been having this problem with a few different batches and I was wondering if anyone had some answers.
My recipe is as follows:
Grain/extract
Extra Light LME 7 lbs
Cara Red 1 lb
Hops
Nugget 60 min 1oz
Perle 30 min 1oz
Northern Brewing 10 min 1/2oz
Northern Brewing 1 min 1oz
Perle hop tea 1/2oz
Northern Brewing hop tea 1/2oz
Irish moss 15 minutes 1tsp
Yeast
US-5 ales yeast
Grain steep for 30 minutes, and only added around 1/4 of the LME at the beginning, then added the rest with about 10 minutes left in the boil.
The temperature while fermenting was in between 60 and 68 degrees F. Could this really be what makes it taste and smell so much like musk? Thanks alot for the help... This musk is killing me...
