Default Secret Hop combinations?

Widmer has Alchemy.

For NW style ales I have a blend I call Oswego - Named after the street I grew up on in Portland.
It's essentially Glacier, Willamette, Mt. Hood and Cascade

anyone else?

Last year, AHS had "Centennial Type," which was 70/30 Cascade/CTZ.

Columbus/Willamette for IPA or hoppy ambers.

Bitter with columbus, flav/aroma addition with willamette and dry hop with a bit (not to much!) of columbus.

The world's best combo is simcoe/amarillo. It's an awesome combination. I need to brew with those again.

That's great, I am on my second batch doing just that.
The last one I saved a little columbus for the 2min add to give it a little something. We'll see how that turns out.

Magnum/Amarillo/Simcoe

I throw the Magnum in at 60 for bitterness then use the Amarillo and Simcoe for the flavor & aroma additions. While it's not a secret, it's a great combo.

I personally like a 50/50 blend of Sterling/Willammette, not sure if it really falls in any style guidelines, but I use it in pale ales and some "bitters" and find it quite tasty.
