Looking for a crowd-pleaser for the general public. I want to know how much of the 6lb of light DME I should sub out with DRE.
Also, would Sorachi Ace be the way to go? I don't know anything about Sorachi Ace - what hop would you go with if I can't find any? Any input on IBU and/or hop schedule?
