Default Sam Adam's Cream Stout

Anyone have a partial mash or all grain recipe for Sam Adams Cream Stout.
Im having one right now. I have had this before but did not notice how I really like it. I would love to brew something just like this.

I would add some lactose to that recipe (maybe 0.75 - 1 lb) in order to make it a milk stout, however. I know the recipe in BCS uses 1lb.
