Hey Scottie I c nobody responded to your post. I brewed a similar recipe a month ago and just drank the first one.
13 oz amber DME
3.3 lbs amber LME
4 oz chocolate malt
8 oz crystal 60
3 lbs light DME
1.5 oz tettnager at 60
.25 oz Hallertau at 10
.25 oz tettnager at 1
.25 oz Hallertau at 1
.25 oz Hallertau and tettnanger dryhopped
American Ale 1056
It's no Sam Adams but it has the Sam qualities. I love it.
My blow off tube let alot of hops escape. So not as hoppy as I hoped but a great beer.
