Default Saison. Lemon zest ok?

Most saison recipes call for orange peels, but have none and its too late in the process to go to the store. Can lemon be used? It actually sounds more appealing than orange anyway. If not I can just skip the peels...

thanks

I don't see why not. Lemon zest might make it taste a little different, but I bet it will still be good.

Hell yea- I used 2 limes and a lemon

I didnt find a specific flavour but it had nice citrus to it.

I actually prefer lemon zest saisons, it's a fine substitution and I think you'll be happy with the results.
