Default Sage n' the Rye (in progress)

Hello all!

Firstly I want to say that I am fairly new to brewing, I have done 2 AG biab and they both turned out really well!

I am working on a new from scratch recipe and looking for tips and suggestions!

The two hops I have listed are on order, I am not opposed to switching them around or tweaking in general. I am shooting for a well balanced beer, that has a subtle flavor of sage and coriander with citrus notes. I also don't want the Rye to be too overwhelming.

I am planning on using White Labs WLP008 East Coast Ale.

Maybe I'm alone, but I can't see the image you posted. Without the recipe, kind of at a loss to help on that side.

That said, I could see sage and coriander working well with light citrusy hops in a witte, but not sure how the rye would play there. A quick search turned up nothing about putting rye in a witte.

I've used small amounts of rye in my wit. It works well for a little added spiciness.
