Default Safbrew-33.... what's it close to?

Swung by the LHBS to grab some American Hefe Yeast, and they were out. I wanted something with a bit more crispness than the normal Safale-05 for a Oberon clone I'm about to do.

He suggested Safbrew-33, as that's what they used to provide in their wheat kits. No phenols, and I can't really find a descriptor of it?

It kinda seems like a higher alcohol tolerant Safale-05.

Any ideas?

Look up descriptions of the Edme yeast strain. IMHO, it's more fruity-estery than US05 but it still remains fairly neutral in the high 60s to low 70s.
I've used it for several IPAs, IIPAs and my 888 RIS.

That's what it is.

It makes a nice English Ale, but I don't see it making a good wheat of any kind. IMHO
