Default Rye IPA recommendations?

I want to brew a Rye IPA. I found a couple of recipes here and there, but they are AG, and the best I can do with my current set up is partial/mini mashing using something like DeathBrewer's method. My friend made this Rye IPA recently, but I'm not sure how to convert that to partial mash recipe. Any help is appreciated, and if you have other good Rye IPA recipes suitable for PM, all the better.

That's probably the most popular one around here.

As far as I know you'd need to do a mini-mash at the least. Replace the 2-row with LME/DME and mash the rest.
