Default Rye 1.5ed (I?)PA Recipe Critique

My goal here is to basically split Terrapin Brewing Co's Rye Pale Ale (a session favourite of mine) and their Rye Squared Imperial Pale Ale.

In doing so, I am aiming (as a test of my ability) for exactly 6.9% abv (around 1.069 O.G.) and 62.5 IBU's.

The first question is evident in my title...what kind of classification would this be? The Rye Pale Ale is just that, a Pale Ale...but the Rye Squared is an American Strong Ale. What's the middle ground?

Anyway, here's the recipe. I have the most questions on the hop schedule as that's still something I'm not too familiar with, so I will appreciate all suggestions. This is only my fourth batch, and second partial mash. I have set my efficiency around 65% to accomodate this...my first PM I only hit 60%. I think I can combat this, but I figured aim low and I'll feel better if I overshoot the O.G.

rye can be very overpowering, but it looks like you have a lot of balance. i made a honey rye recently. i like it, but some can't handle it. it was more of a hefe style, however, and the rye took up a much larger percentage of the grain bill. i think yours will turn out better and a nice subtle rye taste can really add to a beer. good luck!
