I modified this recipe from one of Yooper's posts to suit 1 gallon recipes so as to fit my current arrangement. I had the help of TastyBrew.com also. Just wondering what this Oktoberfest recipe looks like...it's about that time of year again to get em going. TIA

1.5 lb Vienna Malt
0.5 lb German Munich
.15 lb Crystal 80L
.25 lb German Carahell (the only difference in ingredients)

.2 oz Tettnanger 4.5% 40 min
.15 oz Hallertau 3.1% 30 min

OG 1.057
FG 1.014
IBU 24
SRM 14
ABV 5.5
