Default Recipe Critique - wheat beer for Wyeast 3942

Hi everyone -- I picked up a pack of Wyeast 3942 recently, and here's the recipe. I'd be grateful for any suggestions. I'm not super-picky about style (though you can see I'm aiming at something Hoegaarden-esque), as long as I end up with a good beer.

7 lb organic wheat malt
3 lb pilsener malt

0.75 oz Hallertau pellets @ 60 (4.8%)
0.25 oz Hallertau pellets @ 5 (4.8%)

0.75 oz crushed coriander seeds @ 5

In particular, I'm wondering if I should add some crystal -- I made an IPA recently that was nearly all pale malt, and it would have benefited greatly from some added sweetness.

If you had your heart set on adding crystal I'd go with the 10L. You look like you're on the right track for a wheat beer. I like to do 50% wheat and barley but just my preference.

Thanks for the feedback! Good to know I'm okay without the crystal. I think I got the ratios from Radical Brewing, but I'm not certain of that...I may dial back the wheat next go-round.
