You have over 8% medium crystal and over 4% honey malt... This is too sweet for a low OG IPA mashed at 152 F... at least for me. Replace some of that with carapils or wheat malt and/or mash a little lower.

Am I reading this right? Are you mash hopping? What is your goal there? The hop schedule as is, is my highest concern. You'll need more hops all around.

Yes, I wanted to try mash hopping for aroma. Just thought I would try it. I was not shooting for a "huge" IPA, but something more than a APA

Good point about the Crystal and Honey I dropped to 8/4 oz and added 8 oz Carapils

Mash hopping won't give you aroma. If you want though, you can try something unconventional... mash hop, first wort hop, and bitter with the same 1.0 to 1.5 oz. or so of hops throughout...Never discard them. I tried this twice for my smooth hoppy beers, and it worked well. For a smooth APA with a ton of aroma, the only other additions you need to add would be a bunch of flameout and dryhop additions. Nothing between 59-1 min. I found this method to work rather well for your goal.
