Default Rate my IPA

My first IPA my base extract is 6lbs of pilsrn malt and 1 lb dried wheat malt. Probably do both for 60 mins? What advantages if I do a late addition like 30 for the DME?
Went Hops nuts this weekend

4oz citra
4oz chinook
2 oz Amarillo
4oz hbc experimental 342

Thinking about bittering hop chinook or hbc.60

Or flavor and aroma of citra. 15-5-0

Rack 1-2.5 gallons to dry hop with different hops.

Thoughts?

That's an awful lot of hops for a relatively small amount of grain.

Man you can't go wrong with any of those hops! Those + Simcoe + Casade constitute my favorite 5 hops!
