Raspberry Wheat help
Trying to figure out what particular base malt I should use here. The recipe calls for pale wheat malt. My local shop has Briess Wheat and Briess White Wheat. Which one should I use?

This is the base recipe I use for my raspberry wheat:
5lbs 2row
5lbs wheat malt
1lb crystal 10
1lb flaked wheat
I would go with just the Briess Wheat and not the white wheat. Or maybe try half and half.
