Default Rahr Premium Pilsner vs. Belgian Pilsner

I am looking into buying a 50lb. sack of grain soon and while I was browing Northern Brewers website I came across either paying $43 for Rahr Premium Pilsner or $80 for Belgian Pilsner. Besides the difference in what is half of the price of the other, what makes these two different and is it really worth it to buy the Belgian Pilsner?

The belgian pilsner at my LHBS is more bisquity and grainy than the regular pilsner. Not sure where they get it.

Unless you are doing recipes that specifically call for Belgian pilsner, save some cash and get the american.
