Default Proper Roggenbier recipe?

Never brewed one or have drank one but everything Ive read on it sounds amazing. I like hefe's and i LOVE rye so i figured this is a great combo of both worlds.

Estimated OG: 1.053 SG
Estimated Color: 14.8 SRM
Estimated IBU: 17.4 IBUs
Brewhouse Efficiency: 72.00 %
