Default Practicing Converting Extract Recipes - Whaddya think?

I really like the Palilalia IPA extract recipe from Charlie Papazian's book, but would like to do a PM of it to get a cleaner and crisper result. Here is the original recipe from his book:

Steep grains as desired (30-60 minutes)

Steep speciality grains in 150-160 degree water for 30 minutes, sparge and discard.

And here is what I came up with messing around in Beersmith. Bear in minde, I have NO IDEA what I am doing, so any input you have is greatly appreciated.

Only thing I might do differently is instead of using the Amber DME and mashing 2-row, maybe mash some vienna or munich and use light or extra light DME.

You need to remove more of the DME to match the OG of the original recipe. You have an OG of 1.062 while the recipe has a OG of 1.050.

OK, so if I wanted to replace some of the DME and use Munich, what would you guys suggest?
