Well, it looks great! I like more hops, but that's probably just me. I'd add another ounce of amarillo at 1 minute or flame out.

Richbrewer did a MO/amarillo SMaSH and he sent me a couple of bottles. It was really awesome! I think lschiavo has one now, but I haven't tried it yet.

MO is a great base malt, too. You can go APA (like above) or you can go English. An English IPA with fuggles or EKG, or an EPA with those same hops.

You've got the wheels turning here for me- I'm thinking the next batch will have to be a MO/amarillo SMaSH. I had a whole pound, but it's disappearing quickly! I have 70 pounds of MO right now, though.

I kegged the batch 3 days ago... turned out abt 6.2% abv, so I found out I need to pace myself..

I think it tastes good, slightly hoppy, but is missing something ..it is only 3 weeks old, so it will improve I am sure. I need to let it sit for at least another 2 weeks..

perhaps I should try again, but make it 80% MO and 20% Crystal 40 ... maybe throw some wheat in there also ..

still, a respectable outcome. Thx for critique
