Interesting, first Wit recipe I have seen with black pepper.
I am brewing a Wit tomorrow myself, sounds like a winner to me.

I was exploring recipes and came across one with black pepper. The tasting notes were very positive, so I thought I'd throw it it mine. We'll see...
