Default Pirate Stout

Inspired by the Pirate Stout recipe in Radical Brewing, I'm wanting to try a really big complex stout with molasses and spices. I'm thinking about something along these lines, but would appreciate any feedback on the recipe.

Type: Partial Mash
Batch Size: 5.00 gal

1.00 lb Pale Malt (6 Row) US
1.00 lb Roasted Barley
0.50 lb Chocolate Malt
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
0.50 lb Barley, Flaked
0.50 lb Oats, Flaked, Toasted

3.00 lb Light Dry Extract [Boil for 10 min]
1.00 lb Pale Liquid Extract [Boil for 10 min]
1.00 lb Molasses

1.00 oz Northern Brewer pellets [7.30 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) 18.8 IBU
0.50 oz Northern Brewer pellets [7.30 %] (30 min) 6.6 IBU
1.00 oz Williamette leaf [5.50 %] (15 min) 5.8 IBU

1.00 tsp Black Pepper (Boil 5.0 min)
1.00 items Cinnamon Stick (Boil 5.0 min)
1.00 items Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5.0 min)
5.00 items Cloves (Boil 5.0 min)

1 Pkgs East Coast Ale (White Labs #WLP008) Yeast-Ale

1.00 lb Milk Sugar (Lactose) (add to secondary)

recipe looks good. have you considered putting the cinnamon stick in the secondary? maybe a tsp. ground cinnamon in the boil and the stick in the secondary?
