Default Pils?
If a recipe calls for 5.5 pounds of pils, what type of grain would that be. Pilsen, carapils? The grain bill is
5.5# Pils
5.5# Vienna
2# Munich
0.5# Caramunich
0.5# Caravienne

Yep Pilsner malt- that much carapils would be a no no.
