Default PB Porter, when to add the PB?

I'm looking at doing a peanut butter porter this weekend and wanted to get some opinions on when to add the peanut butter. I'll be using PB2, the powdered pb they sell at whole foods. I've heard Beer Engineers (AL) use it in the mash, but I've seen recipes that suggested adding it in the boil and in secondary. Does anyone have suggestions on when the best place to use it would be? So far, I am leaning toward the boil to avoid a stuck mash.

I actually brewed the Northern Brewer Surly Bender clone (partial mash) a little over 2 weeks ago. I'm planning on adding 2 containers of PB2 to secondary and then using 1 dram Lorann Oils Peanut Butter flavoring during bottling. I'll let you know how it goes, but I can't take credit for this idea.

I don't know much about PB2, but I have heard local brewers use de-fatted peanut flour. Same thing? That's what was in Karl Strauss' Peanut Butter Cup Porter for SDBW. That went into the boil, last 5-10m.
