Here is what I do for my take on it
5 lbs 2-row pale
5 lbs german wheat
10 oz munich
1 oz tettnanger or is it hallertau? 60 minutes
mash at 150 for 60 mins
boil
wyeast wesitfastiengasdn whatever yeast.
2 weeks primary
2 bottle
drink
