10 IBU (~0.75 ounces) Hallertau, Tettnanger, Saaz, Fuggle or Styrian Goldings
WLP300 Hefeweizen Ale Yeast
Mash at 152°F for 60 minutes
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add extract
Do a 60-90 minute boil total (Vigourous 60 minute or light 90 minute)
Boil hops for 60 minutes total
Cool and transfer to sanitized fermentation vessel
Pitch vial directly (or make starter)
OOOh, that looks tasty. Thanks! The store here sells mostly liquid extract. I'm cobbling together an A/G system and in the meantime I am stuck with the partial mash. The "plan" is to make a partial batch now and in 2-3 weeks start A/G with the first batch kind-of mimmicing the partial mash batch.
Fun hobby, but it's driving the wife crazy already!
my advice is find a recipe you like and then convert it to a PM. It's a rather simple process and it's what i've done for most of my PM brews. Some are harder to convert than others, but most are fairly simple.

1 lb. 20 L Crystal Malt
1 pack Safale S-05 American Ale Yeast
1.5 oz. Milennium Hops 15% AAU
1.0 oz. Amarillo Hops 8.9% AAU
1.0 oz. Kent Goldings Hops 5.5% AAU
1.5 oz. Cascade Hops, 6.3% AAU
1. Steep Grains at 130-140 for 30 min. Raise temp to 155 for an additional 30 minutes
2. Parge grains, add 4 lbs of LME, bring to boil
3. Add Millenium Hops
