So my Bee Cave Brewery Ale that I pitched Pacman into was crazy. I have never had the need for a blowoff tube, as I always have a lot of head space in my carboys, but this one was flowing foam like a mother. I would say Pacman is some very impressive stuff.
 
Pacman ate my WMPTH Pale Ale in three days. It also multiplied like mad, there must have been three inches of goo on the bottom of the pail. Can't wait to see how it tastes.
 
I added more wort to my starter, it started within 3 hours. I think it will be ready for my IPA kit. Now I need to make adjustments to the IPA and get away from all the LME. Its not all grain, but at least it will be quick and someone else bought it so it usually tastes better that way.
