I just got off the phone with the LHBS and I purchased their last pack of Pacman yeast. Now I just need a good recipe to use it in. I've read through the earlier post titled something about having a project, but I didn't find anything that I can do with my current setup. Would it be alright to use the Pacman yeast in an ale that will be fermented at room temp? If so, what would be a good candidate?
