About how much alcohol will a 3lb can of Oregon Raspberry Puree add to a 5gal brew. I made a 5 gal batch......Fermented it....then racked it onto a 3# can of the puree. It was 4.2% ABV when I racked it onto the puree. I let it ferment again down to 1.006. I wish I would have taken a gravity reading after I racked it onto the puree......a lesson learned. Thanks for any help.
