Default Oops!

Just brewed an Oktoberfest but left out 2 lbs. of vienna. I know OG will be skewed, final ABV also. That's fine, lower alcohol, understand. What effect on taste/ body should i expect?? Broke my hydrometer, so i don't know OG, but have been hitting 70-75% efficiency.

4.00 lb Pilsner (Weyermann) (1.7 SRM) Grain 42.1 %
2.00 lb Munich (DURST MALZ) (17.0 SRM) Grain 21.1 %
2.00 lb Pale Ale Malt 2-Row (Briess) (3.5 SRM) Grain 21.1 %
0.75 lb Victory Malt (biscuit) (Briess) (28.0 SRM) Grain 7.9 %
0.50 lb Carapils (Briess) (1.5 SRM) Grain 5.3 %

that's too bad. vienna is probably my favorite malt. it has a nice, subtle malty flavor similar to munich but not as heavy or sweet.

that recipe still looks tasty though.
