i searched the forum and didn't find any threads. i came across 3 extract kits which had vaccum sealed hops. they were not refrigerated and they are at least 1 year old. any chance they are still good?

Recipes 

Open them up and sniff them. If they smell like hops, they should be OK (but you may want to add about 20% extra similar hops to make up for the loss of AA that will have occurred.
If they smell cheesy, toss them.
